Retail Network (sites)
Fifty-plus multilingual corporate sites and store catalogues migrated off a mix of WordPress, Wix and Squarespace onto one Astro + Strapi stack — a shared component library, custom plugins, Shopify Plus synchronisation and enterprise integrations, all run from one place.
ITSUA designs, builds, and operates custom web applications for product teams in 20+ verticals. Consider starting own project similar to this one.
→ REQUEST PROPOSALA retail group with 50+ sites, and a different platform behind almost every one.
Corporate sites and store catalogues had accumulated across WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and more — each with its own editor, its own release path, its own bill and its own way of handling translations. Nothing could be changed across the estate at once, and the catalogues that mirror the transactional stores drifted out of step with them.
One stack for the estate, one place to run it.
| L1 · Consolidate | Every site rebuilt from one library of highly customisable shared components, multilingual throughout | Astro · Vue · React · Tailwind | One codebase, every brand distinct |
| L2 · Centralise | Several Strapi instances, each with staging and production, on the client's own infrastructure | Azure · Cloudflare | Whole estate from one place |
| L3 · Extend | Custom Strapi plugins — sites builder, Shopify synchroniser, products/brands overview — plus CRM/ERP and marketing integrations | Shopify Plus · Klaviyo · CRM/ERP | Catalogues in step, operations connected |
A techno-zoo replaced by one stack the client controls.
Every site builds from the same component library and is edited in Strapi, in each of the languages it trades in; store catalogues stay in step with the Shopify Plus stores through a synchroniser built as a plugin. Content, sites and environments are managed centrally on infrastructure the client already owned.
