Honest answers to what we get asked most. Pricing, process, timelines, stack, IP, location, availability. No marketing fluff — send a brief or book a 30-min call if nothing here covers it.

It depends on the model. Product engineering (a new web app, end-to-end) runs $25K–$100K. Team augmentation is $5K–$7K per FTE per month. Shopify builds are $10K–$60K. Rescue & rewrite is $20K–$80K. We quote a fixed number once we've read the brief.
Both. Fixed-fee when the spec is clear and the scope is bounded — most product builds and Shopify launches go this way. T&M for team augmentation and long-running operate phases where requirements keep evolving.
0.5 FTE for team augmentation, 6 weeks for a new build, and a 60-day stabilize phase for rescues. We don't take one-off small fixes — the setup cost makes it a bad deal for both sides.
Default is cash — we're a services studio, not an investor. That said, for the right project we'll consider a discounted rate paired with equity. It depends on stage, conviction, and contract terms. Ask.
Written change request, signed estimate of impact on date and price, then we go. No silent rework, no surprise invoices.

A new MVP runs 6–18 weeks depending on scope. Shopify launches are 6–10 weeks. Rescues start with a 60-day stabilize. Our standard 12-week picture: 2 weeks discovery, 2 weeks architecture, 6 weeks build, 1 week harden, 1 week launch.
Written spec with success criteria signed off before week 3. Weekly demos starting at the build phase. Staging deploys from day one. One embedded PM and tech lead — no account managers between you and the engineers.
Yes. The engineer who writes the code owns it. We don't rotate people on or off mid-project to free up bench capacity.
Three options: we keep operating the app on a monthly retainer (bugs, ops, small features), we hand it over to your team with documentation, or both — handover after a defined operate period. Many of our clients stay with us long after launch.

TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, Python. React, Vue, Nest, Laravel, Symfony, Astro, Tailwind. PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch. Shopify Plus, Strapi, WordPress. Docker, Cloudflare, AWS, Azure. We pick the stack to fit the problem, not the other way around.
Web-first. We do responsive web apps and PWAs. For native iOS/Android we partner — we won't pretend to be a native shop.
Yes. RAG, embedding search, LLM-powered features, agent flows, ChatGPT / Anthropic / OpenAI API integration. We've shipped AI in production for education (StudyBooster), analytics (Blaze), and heavily used it in workflow automation and researches (Crawler).
Engineering-led with in-house design. We don't take pure brand or logo work — we take design that supports a product build.
Yes — that's our rescue & rewrite model. First 60 days: an honest audit, stabilize the existing code, then a fixed-scope phase to ship the actual missing parts.
Yes. We set up CI/CD, containerized deploys, observability and on-call playbooks as part of any product build. Cloudflare, AWS, Azure, on-prem Docker — pick what fits.
