Globogate went live in 2016 and we still operate it: seven integrated apps, 200+ employer organisations, 5,000+ people through the pipeline. Most of SaaS isn't the launch — it's the decade after it.

Who this is for

What we're usually fixing

The expensive problems in SaaS are decided in the first three weeks and paid for in year two.

No written spec, so no definition of done Scope lives in Slack. Every demo ends in a discussion about what was agreed three weeks ago.
Architecture chosen by whoever was free A stack picked for one developer's comfort, holding a data model that was a guess at the time.
Auth and permissions bolted on late Roles retrofitted over a single-user assumption. The first enterprise customer finds all of it.
Billing finance can't reconcile Pricing tiers, suppliers and payouts spread across the product, a spreadsheet and someone's memory.
Dashboards nobody trusts Three numbers for the same metric, none reproducible, so decisions go back to intuition.
Integrations that fail quietly A third party changed a field. You find out from a customer, a week later.

Architecture Data model, stack, service boundaries, and an explicit list of what we'd buy instead of build. Written down before anyone opens an editor.
Product engineering Design, build and operate, end to end. 6–18 weeks to an MVP with an embedded PM and tech lead — the engineer who writes it owns it.
APIs & integrations Multi-supplier catalogues, third-party data sources, CRM and ERP systems, payment and marketing platforms — and pipelines that say when they break.
Authentication & access control Vetted membership, roles and permissions, user management and activity logs, built in from the schema rather than added over it.
Billing & reconciliation Pricing tiers, orders, commissions and payouts, with books finance can actually close. We built the settlement layer for a multi-supplier distribution platform.
Dashboards & analytics Operator dashboards inside the product, plus Metabase or Tableau for the people whose job is slicing the data.
Data & AI features Crawlers and pipelines, aspect-level sentiment, adaptive content, LLM features where they earn their place — shipped in production for analytics, education and research.
Cloud & infrastructure AWS, Azure, Cloudflare, containerised deploys with CI/CD, observability and on-call playbooks. Staging from day one.
Scaling an existing product Taking a live SaaS and growing it — more users, more markets, more surface. One platform has been in our hands since 2016.

Custom SaaS development, answered

Building a subscription software product from the architecture up rather than assembling one from off-the-shelf tools — the data model, the API, authentication, billing, the dashboards and the integrations, plus the infrastructure it runs on. You own the code and the IP.

6–18 weeks to an MVP, depending on scope. Our standard 12-week shape is two weeks of discovery, two of architecture, six of build, one to harden and one to launch. The Architecture Sprint gives you that number in writing before you commit to the build.

Product engineering runs $25K–$100K for a build, fixed-fee once the spec is clear. If you want to lower the number, the fastest lever is scope, and the sprint is where we find out which half of the roadmap matters.

Both, and the MVP is rarely where it ends. Several platforms in our portfolio started as a spec and are still in active development years later — one since 2016, running seven integrated apps for 200+ employer organisations.
