§ 01
Context

A hardware brand needed a Shopify store wired to real payments, marketplaces and fulfilment — not just a storefront.

Launching in Poland means selling on Allegro as well as the brand's own store, syncing inventory across both, and shipping via InPost parcel lockers — with tax, localisation and reliable order flow working before the first sale and scaling as the catalogue grows.

§ 02
Approach

One pipeline: Shopify + Allegro + InPost, orchestrated via BaseLinker.

L1 · Storefront Store setup, product structure, theme customisation, tax · shipping · localisation Shopify · CSS Brand-aligned on desktop and mobile
L2 · Channels & Fulfilment Shopify ↔ Allegro marketplace sync, InPost delivery, checkout & payments BaseLinker · Allegro · InPost Orders and inventory unified across channels
L3 · Launch & Operate Analytics, SEO, email & order automation, purchase-to-fulfilment testing JavaScript · Automation Scalable operations from day one
§ 03
Outcome

A store that sells everywhere and fulfils through one pipeline.

Custom theme carries the brand across devices; Shopify, Allegro and InPost are stitched together through BaseLinker so inventory, orders and shipping stay in sync — with analytics, SEO and automation workflows keeping the business operating at scale after launch.
