§ 01
Context

A hardware-heavy IoT team had a capable backend and no coherent way to operate it.

Every new device type meant another bespoke admin screen; operators and field techs worked from scattered tools.

§ APPROACH
Approach

Flows first, components second.

Mapped the full operator journey (device onboarding → provisioning → monitoring → incident), defined the component grammar in Figma, then produced high-fidelity screens for each critical path.

§ OUTCOME
Outcome

A single HMI language for the product.

Operators and field techs work from one shared vocabulary; engineering can add new device classes without redesigning the admin.
